How is the top-up price calculated?
The price you see at checkout is the wholesale top-up value plus a single service margin. The margin is typically 5–15% depending on the destination operator. There are no separate FX fees and no surprise charges on your card statement.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The total amount charged to your card is exactly what's shown before you confirm payment. No FX markup, no transaction fee, no monthly fee unless you opt into Premium membership.
What is Premium membership and how much does it save?
Premium is an optional monthly subscription with a 3-day free trial. It unlocks a recurring 5%, 10% or 20% discount on every top-up depending on your tier, plus a monthly credit allowance covering SIM, roaming, repair and insurance expenses. Cancel any time from your member zone.

Delivery & speed

How long does delivery take?
Median delivery is under 30 seconds. The 95th percentile is under 2 minutes. A small share of operator-side processing delays push delivery into the 5–10 minute range — when this happens, we email you as soon as the operator confirms credit.
How do I know the top-up worked?
You receive an email confirmation with the operator's transaction reference as soon as the destination operator confirms credit. The recipient also gets the standard SMS from their carrier confirming the balance increase.

Refunds & disputes

What if the top-up is not received?
Email contact@topup-mobile.co. We reconcile with the destination operator. If the operator confirms non-delivery, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method, typically within 3–5 business days.
Can I cancel a top-up after I've paid?
Top-ups are processed automatically and usually complete in under 30 seconds, so cancellation isn't possible once payment is confirmed. If the top-up hasn't reached the recipient and you contact us within the first few minutes, we'll do our best to intercept it.

Security & data

Is my card data safe?
Yes. All payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your card number is tokenised by the gateway and never stored on TopUp Mobile's servers.
Do I need to register to send a top-up?
No. One-off top-ups can be purchased as a guest. An account is only required to manage Premium membership benefits and view your top-up history.
Who operates TopUp Mobile?
TopUp Mobile is operated by a registered EU company. Full legal name, registration number and registered address are listed on the About page and in the site footer.
